There isn’t a simpler dish than this, but it has to made last minute.
Ingredients:
¼ pound butter (1/2 stick)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan
Nutmeg
Salt and pepper
¾ pounds of pasta
1. In a large sauce pan melt butter
2. Add cream and keep the heat very low
3. Cook the fettuccine and drain
4. Once drained, place the fettuccine in the pan with butter and cream
5. Toss well then add parmesan and toss again
6. Add a pinch of nutmeg, a twist of pepper
Serve Immediately!
